Fabric Checking
Fabric Checking is done both in the greige stage as well as, after processing. 100% inspection of fabric is done to ensure, defect free fabric.
Cutting Section
Cutting Section is equipped with a straight knife and a band, knife machine. Our lay tables are configured for higher, operator efficiency.
Sewing Section
Sewing section comprises of various types of sewing machines, including that of Flat Lock, Over Lock & Lock Stitch Machines,, Adequate inventory of machines is maintained to ensure, optimum line balancing to achieve higher productivity.

Checking Section
Checking section forms an integral part of our quality, assurance process. Efficient checking personnel are trained, to identify even the smallest of aberrations in the garmenting, and the data is shared with the in-line quality controllers.
Ironing Section
Ironing Section is well equipped with 6 vacuum tables with, double motors for ensuring consistently high quality pressing., Common boilers are available for achieving higher energy, efficiency and lower carbon foot print.
Packing Section
Packing Section is the final link in the chain. We have a strapping, machine to ensure heat sealing without the use of metallic clips.
